Responsibilities
Assist the executive chef in managing kitchen operations
Supervise junior staff to ensure kitchen efficiency and food consistency
Create and develop new menu items every quarterly
Train and motivate junior kitchen staff
Liaise with food and kitchen equipment vendors
Maintain and manage food inventory
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and events staff
Requirements
Minimum <number> years of experience in similar capacity in a high-volume kitchen
Knowledgeable and passionate about <cuisine 1> and <cuisine 2>
Experience in purchasing, receiving and food costing procedures
Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
Possess great people skills and lead a team when needed
