Business Analyst
This is a critical role in the <department name>. You’ll be working on a global level, acting as an analyst for our branch in <foreign country>. This position facilitates the <department name> team and the IT team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate & communicate with users to understand Business As Usual (BAU) processes to develop functional workflow specifications.
Document and record all functional specifications and ensure easy accessibility for stakeholders
Perform reviews and confirm system readiness for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Identify business requirements, problems, and devise solutions
Support new implementation project requirements and enhancements for changing operational and business needs
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in <field of expertise>
Comfortable working across various departments and levels
Prior experience in <industry name> would be an advantage
